The hunch is great, but the rest of the family meal was blah, they forgot to give us the cookies. Some love them, but I'll go next time.

Maybe the worst place I've ever been. the employees do not care about their jobs, they do not recognize their customers and if they show any unmut, they can never get their food. I will never go there again

The customer service was terrible. they were unequipped with everything. I waited 30 minutes and didn't even get the right job without my drink I paid. it will never go there again

The worse customer service of fast food history. Everyone there is just plain rude and slow. They made me wait 15 mins in the parking lot for chicken tenders.. never came out with my food like they said they would. I went inside and the staff was just standing there talking and slowly preparing food without any gloves on… will def not return here… ever again lol

I went to the drive up last night and the 2 servers told me I had to come in because I asked for a senior discount. I went ahead and sat at the drive up for 5 minutes waiting for my order, a simple chicken sandwich and they never brought it. Subsequently I called for the manager who came out and was very nice and took care of me. She knew nothing about the incident. Don't go there, service is terrible!
