Mcdonald's - Bridgeport

The food was alright, but kinda cold from having to wait so long, took 30 minutes for some nuggets and fries, employees vaping in the back and not wearing proper attire, some employees rude, other clueless on what to even do. awkward environment and unclean, tons of flies buzzing around. got a 10pc nugget, one of the nuggets were half bitten.

I visited McDonald's today, and unfortunately, they forgot my order. It took them about 20 minutes to get it right. When I finally received my food, it had an odd taste. When I requested a refund, the staff member at the counter was quite rude. I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. It has really gone downhill. They used to have excellent service, but now it's just terrible. I would rather eat in Frankenmuth or a less desirable neighborhood than come here for food. They really need to retrain their staff. They told me my fries would be hot and fresh, but they weren’t. When I returned them, the staff had an attitude and just threw them in a bag.

My family stopped here after being in the car for a long road trip to grab some breakfast. We stood in line for awhile and we're completely ignored then we resorted to using the touchscreen ordering station. We got all of our food but the milkshake we ordered because surprise surprise the machine was down. the workers were very unfriendly and rude.

If you're searching for a restaurant that offers mediocre service and makes you feel like an inconvenience, look no further! At this establishment, you can expect your order to be incorrect about 50% of the time. And if getting the correct change matters to you, you might want to steer clear! That's right—they shortchange customers. I had been warned to keep an eye on my change at the drive-thru, so I decided to see if my mom was exaggerating or just bad at counting. To my surprise, she was completely right! During my last three visits, I was shortchanged at the drive-thru—three times in a row on different days! It seems hard to believe this could be a coincidence. They're skimming off a dime here and thirty cents there; if they do this to every other car, just think about how much this adds up at the end of each day. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would without hesitation!
