Howling Hot Chicken - Bridgeport

The sandwich was fantastic! And the special sauce has me craving it again.

The food at this restaurant is delicious. This is the second time we have ordered from here and unfortunately, there was an error with our order again. The first time, they forgot to include our fries. This time, we requested mild seasoning on the sando sandwich but received no seasoning at all, just plain. The food is great and the staff is friendly, but it is becoming frustrating with these mistakes.

The chicken was good overall, but unfortunately one item was out of stock. Instead of giving a full refund, they added a second order of Mac n Cheese that I didn't want. They refunded the difference for the extra add-on I ordered for the fries. It was a nice gesture, but I didn't want more mac n cheese just to reduce the refund.

The best chicken I've had!! 10/10 staff is friendly, great and accommodating!

Side order of fries are big enough to feed two-three people.
