Frosty Falls - Bridgeport

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I was deciding between flavors, and she offered me a sample before I could even ask. They were friendly, helpful, and everything was served quickly. The treats were delicious, and sitting by the water with a beautiful view made the experience even better. Definitely going back!

Frosty Falls is amazing! Let me break it down... Location: Perfect! Right next to the Schuylkill River. Covered seating with tables as well as benches right in front of the water. Service: A+! The lady who took our order was very friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. The menu is covered with tons of tasty options so it took a minute to decide. The staff at the second window for pickup were just as nice. Safety: They got a great safety protocol in place. Up one entrance and down the other. The floor is marked for social distancing. The staff is wearing gloves and mask. The utensils are prepackaged and they have hand sanitizer and individual wet wipes available as well. Finally THE ICE CREAM. I had the half baked sundae but changed the toppings out a bit. It was delicious and the serving size was HUGE! The banana ice cream is phenomenal. I couldn't have been more pleased with our visit. Great job Frosty Falls!!

I've been to a lot of ice cream shops and this one is by far my favorite. Locally owned and managed, the staff is super friendly and quick to offer suggestions or explanations of the different flavors. What sets Frosty Falls apart are the novelty treats. The ice cream sandwiches are my favorite. They're perfectly sized with a delicious coating of chocolate crunch. If you want to really treat yourself get the Jumbo version. These are two chocolate chunk cookies with your choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream in between. The cookies themselves would rival any bakery but then you put Frosty's Ice Cream in between?! They're absolutely amazing. Also super pet friendly and we always bring our pup Ned for a free puppy sundae!

The only trouble you’ll have here is deciding what you’re going to get. Staff is top notch and you can tell the owner loves what she does. If they don’t have what you like, let Laura know chances are she’ll find a way to make it happen!
