Dunkin' - Bridgeport

I left a tip for them, but they didn't fulfill my request for a simple order of mayonnaise and ketchup.

This place is amazing! I ordered a decaf pumpkin iced cold brew and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Special shoutout to the sweet cashier with dark hair, glasses, and a sunshine smile! I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. 5 stars all the way! They all deserve raises and bonuses for their excellent service. Thanks to the team and a big thank you to my husband, Alan, for bringing me here.

Service was quick and efficient. Early morning pickup and I was in and out. If you are looking to have your cup of coffee at the store they have limited seating. Be aware their drive thru is really packed and hectic. Unfortunately,drivers don't seem to understand how to stay in a lane so it makes it difficult for those going in for service to drive out. Be kind and move to the left on the drive thru for those of us who go inside can leave easily.

This location is often crowded and busy. The staff are friendly and work hard.

Horrible service . They always give the wrong food . Not sure why I kept shopping here, literally like 8th time they give me the wrong order and it seems they give whatever they have available vs what u order. They never pick up the phone when you call and try to complain. The staff does. It know how to take or prep orders you're paying for . Ask for a bagel with cream cheese they give you a croissant with bacon. They need new hires and adequate training. Wasted money Smfh
