Crossroads Pizza House - Bridgeport

Ok I understand prices are up, but a SMALL salad with chicken is $16.90?! For a dollar more I should have placed an order with the Cheesecake Factory for one of their salads which are also good AND huge! The salads at crossroads are good but that is super overpriced in my opinion for a small salad. Guess no more crossroads for me for awhile.

The worst customer service ever. While indoor seating is allowed, there's no servers to take your order..cool, but can you let me know when my food is ready vs. Having it sit...

Give them a 5 stars only to eat. my staff and I order from here at least once a week for years, eating is always great! the delivery drivers are 9xs of 10 great! but the customer service is atrocious! I mean every time we call someone who has a job! this is not a new complain, I have complained about the service for years!

I had crossroads pizza for years when I grew up in bridgeport. in the last few years it is disappointing, as the customer service sucks! at least I called to eat (the restaurant of main street,) the person who takes the job has always a job or is short. first I thought it was just the young girls they answer the calls, but it was also other people. they have no maniacs and talk as if they disturb them when they are the ones who work there. I even treated with bad delivery men from there. they even have this job when they go in. No matter how polite and nice I am, it has not changed. I still like the pizza, but I don't order there because of the customer service. it really has to change, as I have heard from several others.

I never have a problem with the pizza. This is my second time trying the wings because the first time they were a disappointment as well. I told the girl extra well done because I usually get disgusted when I see the chicken pink inside I only usually trust Buffalo wild wings never have this issue with their wings. I decided to give this place another try on the wings and I specified my order “extra well done” but once again disappointed.
