Chief Joseph Tavern - Bridgeport

My two associates and I visited this restaurant today. The fries were exceptional, and I loved how tender the carne was. The chicken was just average, but the bacon-wrapped shrimp was outstanding. I must say, the rice and beans were quite good as well. However, the chips we received upon arrival were a little lacking in texture. The service was fantastic, a solid 10 out of 10. The burger, unfortunately, was not very impressive and felt quite cold—I really miss the original tavern burger.

This place is also a great stop for their amazing tavern burger and fries. Just thinking about it is making me hungry!

The RV spots here are excellent. The food is decent, but it's not fine dining. It's a perfect place to stop for snowbirds on their way back to Canada.

Delicious burgers, excellent draft beers, affordable prices, and welcoming staff!

It's a place reminiscent of Cheers; even if you visit just once a year, it still feels welcoming and familiar.
