Purple Sage Kitchen - Bridgend

The burger was nice, if a touch overdone. Lots of good quality bacon practically more bacon than burger! Good chips too. The wings were nice enough, though I'd maybe reconsider the garlic butter topping which made them very greasy to eat perhaps a dry seasoning heavy in garlic would give a better result? The main issue and hence the 3 stars is that the meal cost £22 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries and wings and that's collected! For me, that's a price I'd expect to pay to sit in somewhere. Won't come here often, if at all, for that kind of money but worth a go for sure perhaps others will find it good value.

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted!! And the chips with pulled pork was gorgeous as well. Staff were super friendly and sorted me out proper!! Highly recommend it Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
