Harvester - Bridgend

Never before had been with this harvesting machine, it was really out of the way, so never knew it was there. friendly staff brought us to our table that we had booked for birthday. we got our drinks served quickly and then we asked for more time to choose what the waitress didn't do at all. the beverages were so watered that they all tasted like water, which is terrible especially with the price they charge for refilling. it is still annoying, not in a position to only sanitate their hands and select their own salate. we all enjoyed our meals and would come back. I thought it was quite expensive for what it was, but the birthday girl enjoyed

Beautiful meal once again at this place. no wobble or red devil sauce from the salatbar removed, but the most important meals made sure of it! great service as well as from the experience staff there! family-friendly

I visited this restaurant a few days ago and tried the classic chicken and chips. It was cooked perfectly and very delicious. The staff, especially our young blonde waitress with a ponytail who looked to be around 20 years old, was polite and helpful. The salad bar was full and fresh. Overall, it was a lovely place to visit and I will definitely be back soon.

Our breakfast with Santa experience at the Harvester was disappointing. While we usually enjoy their evening meals with fast service and friendly staff, our visit this morning was not up to par. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, we had to wait a long time for drinks, food, and had to request the bill twice. The highlight of our visit was supposed to be seeing Santa, but even that turned out to be disappointing. Our six-year-old left feeling like it wasn't the "real Santa," as Santa seemed disinterested and lacked the jolly demeanor we expected. Additionally, he promised chocolate in the goody bag but there was none, leaving us to come up with excuses for why Santa didn't deliver on his promise. Overall, we do not recommend the breakfast with Santa experience at this restaurant.

We waited for over an hour for our food and still hadn't received it, so we asked for a refund. They were apologetic for the long wait but did not provide a reason. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
