Costa Coffee Bridgend Town Centre

I visited costa coffee at Caroline St Bridgend today, what I experienced was not good, there were tables which had not been cleared, other tables had drink tipped on them and the whole shop was dirty and uncared for. I quickly decided to turn around and leave the shop which in my opinion was a Health Safety problem. Needless to say I will not be returning to this shop again unless they up their game 100 percent. Costa get you act together.

The staff here are very welcoming, and knew my order, when I arrived, as I was a regular.

I came in to Costa with my husband before getting the train home. we ordered two coffee's and they were not what we ordered. they tasted like old coffee and mine was cold.

I have never had a bad experience in any Costa that I 've visited until I went in to this one. I visited a month or so ago and it was quite busy. I had vouchers to use but the server got my order wrong, I asked again for the correct order and she blanked me and continued to serve the person next to me. I waited and asked again for the cake I originally asked for, she got it, put it in a bag and slammed it down on the counter; didn 't say sorry or make eye contact. So, today I thought I 'd give them the benefit of the doubt it definitely wasn 't as busy but again, no smile, acknowledgement or 'thank you ' from the one taking my order; she appeared more interested in another customer (male) that she went over to immediately after. The person making my coffee didn 't even turn around and when she did, in order to put my drink on the tray, it was like I wasn 't even there. I have never had treatment like this anywhere, let alone a Costa. Some serious customer service training is needed with the staff in here or if they 're that unhappy then maybe they should look for a different job. I 'm very disappointed and disgusted by they 're lack of the basics (smiling, acknowledgement etc) and won 't return as I 've given them two chances and both times have been just as bad the two stars are generous in my opinion!

Kenzie and Sarah were fantastic working together behind the counter. They provided excellent service with a smile and engaging conversation. My drinks and food were delivered promptly and were delicious. They were both very professional and polite. Thank you both for a great experience!
