We had a chance to see the back kitchen area, smokers, etc. Everything is very clean and organized. We were impressed. They also cooked lunch for us and it was some of the best brisket I've ever had. I highly recommend giving them a try!
Excellent place! I had a luncheon and needed 25 plates at the last minute. They came through, delivered, and helped to set up! Everybody was pleased with the meal and let's talk about the CHEESECAKE!!!!
Love this place! Boudain best in all of Texas, they should compete for best boudain as I judged last years boudain contest, they would of got 10s from me! Really good food here! Never a issue here! Staff are amazing, always smiles and friendly!
Highly recommend Cajun Ventures for any of your catering needs, plate lunches, etc. Great family atmosphere and always greeted with a smile.
