Pier 281 is undoubtedly the BEST marina at the Jersey Shore! It offers a fantastic, luxurious atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The location is unbeatable, situated near the inlet and close to Windward Beach, where you can enjoy the Brick Summerfest fireworks and the charming pirate ship that enhances the experience! The owners are truly exceptional and make a tremendous effort to keep the marina in pristine condition. I appreciate that it's not too large, allowing you to meet new people while still having ample privacy to unwind and enjoy your time. It really is the perfect marina, where my family has been able to create countless unforgettable memories!

I can't praise this marina enough! It's been our home away from home for the past eight years, and it just keeps improving. The views are spectacular, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the summer events are a blast. The owners, Rob and Kim, are incredibly accommodating and friendly. It's truly the perfect marina!

Parking can be a bit tight on weekends, but that's typical for our area. Each year, the marina hosts a BBQ party with live music, and there's a fantastic new entertainment center with a wet bar for the tenants. Tenants also have access to BBQ grills, kayaks, and a small private beach for wading, exclusive to residents and their guests. It's quiet at night, clean, and, most importantly, secure. The docks are freshly installed, and travel lifts are available for hauling. They even offer winter storage. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home. The owners are hands-on and readily available, and there’s a local deli and tavern within walking distance. I highly recommend this marina—I'd give them ten gold stars! It truly is an exceptional place.

Easy access. Clean. Good crowd of nice people. Nicely kept. Nearby restaurants are nice for after sail get toghethers.
