The Harvester - Brentwood

I would rate 0 if I could. no wonder it has a two and a half star rating! the attitude of the staff stinks and like for the waitress who served us well! They looked at the rocker and then made a scene that cried because we. a question. then she got the manager over and she was just as rudely giving a snarchic note that she didn't care and lost the will to live, and they both disappeared and don't come back, so someone else had to serve us just to be clear, we asked a simple question about the desire of a child gloom, because I can never eat a big desert scene that we always do, and she told us that she didn't. it's a **** desert when I paid for an adult meal and drinks, why it's important that I go every time I harvest machine. I never felt so embarrassed by the workers in my life. unprofessional and **** rude and I would never come back what a shame

I cannot honestly believe that I have not thought to review this facility; it is by far the restaurant that my son and I visit most! sometimes with my partner, sometimes with my friends, we all go together to celebrate meals. we have. often visited with my grandfather before he died at the beginning of the summer. my son loves harvester restaurants because he gets his own salad items to choose and refill his own drink (he has also taken a pleasure on her plant-based burger, and he now decides for this about steak.) also they offer good food to affordable trips, which means that most people are willing to pay the prices and join them to eat when they are invited. we have a local harvester restaurant (in gidea park,) but eating and service in the Brentwood location gives their counterparts by far! the employees are incredibly welcoming and cheerful. as we are regular, they often remember that my son enjoys a bowl of olive oil and balsamico vinegar for his brot (instead of butter) and sometimes even begin to prepare it as we go through the door. I have cost many dishes in this restaurant and can honestly say that I never had a bad experience personally. sometimes someone on our table will complain about how their steak was cooked, etc.; in such places the employees are always understanding and receiving. we had to eat Christmas here last year, but unfortunately they had to close because of a shutdown. we have a family Christmas in my mother's house this year, but I would definitely consider eating here on the big day in the future as the personal is so fantastic and eating is more and more than sufficient. we have been eating here for several years regularly and are planning to eat here regularly for the foreseeable future! Disgusting is everything I can say, eating terrible, eating boiled vile. I thought the standard would be better, huh was so over boiled, chips were terrible, I would say that yr would go better, otherwise eat. lady who served us. was nice, but would never go back

We stopped here for dinner as we were really hungry. The food was extremely average, sort of food we make at home ourselves. But mostly disappointed with how filthy the restaurant is. The womens loos were gross. Dirty walls, damp patches, missing handles on the...cubicle door. The carpet in the restaurant was sticky and there were finger marks all over the entrance door glass! Not what I was expecting at all with the covid situation. Wont be going again.

We asked at this place after a long journey down south and waited more than 20 minutes as the staff were more interested in other things than serving customers. Disgusting service when it finally arrived we said take it away we had waited long enough...and paid just for the coffee we had already drunk. If this is harvester service I have had better service in a transport cafe!
