What is not to love? very good and tasty coffee, chilled atmosphere and friendly staff always smile. love it x

I visited here on Thursday with my disabled friend. personal unfriendly and not very helpful. I have a milk allergy that thought so well that they have milk alternatives. I have visited many Costa coffees around the country and have never been told that I am not. have done something with a milk alternative so far. asked if I could have made a frappuccino with one of milk alternatives to say “no excuse” when asked why I was said “we are not allowed” hmmmm! do not see why not and I buy frappuccino with milk alternative on regular basis made in costa all the place, why should brentwood be different. I was amazed to see that it was the manager who served me. I will not visit this costa again, instead I will go to dieucks who have no problem giving me the drink I want. I will also pass on this complaint. Oh gave only one partitur because I had to wear something.

Always known what they get with costa, pleasant environment and good coffee. always give our coffee exactly as we ask to make it.

Long ques with no one doing much and dirty tables.Coffee of course was usual costa and so very good.
