Fraser Orr's Butcher Deli

I HAVE to give this place a 5 star review. Fraser and his staff are wonderful in every way. You get a chipper greeting every time you go in and you always leave with more purchases that you had planned on – it's just that good. The meats and deli products plus all of the hard-to-get British biscuits and treats, well, you just have to pay them a visit. And when done, you can pop by the Fresh Cup coffee shop next door for a nice caffeine hit.

A wonderful local Scottish butcher and deli. Great meats and specialty items, staff are always terrific. Lunches are great too. Today, I stopped for some sandwich meat and grabbed a hot sandwich at the same time. Kudos to everyone there for consistently doing a great job!

You park in the parking lot behind the business and make your way to the main entrance. In the window of the meat cutting area is Fraser Orr, working away; but still has time to give you a big smile and a wave. He doesn't know if you are coming into his store or not. Great customer service and the staff are all friendly. Top quality cuts of meat that are well displayed. One of the best English Pork Pies that I have had in all my travels. We are very fortunate to have Fraser and his business in the community.

OH man. I can't get enough of all of the different varieties of scrumptious meats here. Prices are good, you def get value for dollar here. Service is always awesome. Love the haggis, pork pinwheels, the inch thick seasoned pork chops and the london broils. Holy they got entire slabs of blood sausage too, yum yum. My favorite place to impulse shop.

Finally made it as we live in Cowichan Bay and I went to the airport this morning and timing was good for the store being open. I bought some cornish pasties and pork pies amongst other things. Just tried the cornish pasty and Now I wish I had doubled all my of my order ! Looks like I need to make the trip often now because if the pork pies taste as good as they look I'm going to move closer to the store !
