Outback Steakhouse: Brentwood

Had a dentist appointment so I decided to treat myself to lunch afterwards. The food was fresh and served quickly. Too much to eat at one sitting so I some to take home for dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful in making my menu selection.

Great experience! When I walked in the door, I was hit with the wonderful smell of good food. The service was the best of anywhere I've been in the past 3 years or so. I had a new smokey drink that was really good and the bloomin' onion was done just right. Everything was great! I need to go here more often.

Almost a must for me when I'm in de US, my visit to outback was once again a pleasure. The staff was friendly and personable. As I'm currently traveling alone, that made me feel less alone, and as such added to my experience. The food is tasty enough and the portions are (for a dutch person at least) huge. If you're looking for a good steak at a decent price give this place a try. Good for solo, family and everything in between type visits.

Excellent service, Our waitress was more than accommodating and polite. Our steaks were cooked perfectly.

Update: They asked me to do a feedback form so someone could contact me. I received an email asking if they could email or call me regarding the situation. In this email they addressed the situation, and listed their next steps to fix the services long term. There was a strong disgusting smell when you opened the first door. They weren’t busy, but the floors were not very clean even though they’d only been open for about 1 hour. One server spilled a drink all over our seat/floor, and didn’t dry it until we said something. Our wings came out still **** on the inside, and had to be sent back. We asked for well done steak which came out still pink. We asked for ranch for our kids which they didn’t give. A lady that wasn’t our server asked if we needed anything. I asked for the ranch, which she again never brought back. And we were still made to pay $104 for food we barely ate. Only giving 2 stars for the main server because he was nice.
