Suki Sushi - Brentwood

The sushi rolls and sashimi were excellent, featuring fresh ingredients and creative, well-balanced signature rolls. The Hamachi Kama is one of my favorite dishes, and this was an incredibly generous portion that was perfectly roasted. The only dish we didn't particularly enjoy was the beef Yaki Udon. While it had a generous serving and was loaded with veggies, we didn't care for the style of the sauce. Overall, a satisfying meal with just a minor drawback.

Overall, the food was good, but the pineapple curry was missing any pineapple. I also wish they offered spice levels on DoorDash; mine was not spicy, and I would have preferred a spicier option.

I have only tried the sashimi and nigiri so far, and everything has been fresh and truly excellent.

The service here is excellent, and the atmosphere is enjoyable, but unfortunately, the food leaves much to be desired. As someone from Colorado, I can say that the sushi there is much better, which is surprising. Additionally, their hand rolls are a bit deceptive; they don't resemble traditional sushi rolls. Overall, for dinner, I paid around $30–50. I would rate the food a 1, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
