Subway - Brentwood

Nothing is fresh, subway it?s losing the legacy of fresh veggies that they have...so sad

An employee, who I believe was the manager due to her humility and the uniform she wore, listened carefully to my concerns after I left the restaurant with my order. Just as I was about to get a new cup for my soup, a small rush of about six or seven hungry customers came in. I decided to humble myself and waited patiently while the other customers placed their orders. The young lady at the register, who was older than I am (and out of respect, I won’t mention her age), called me over and gave me a new cup of soup. I had only intended to swap cups, but because of my patience, I was rewarded with a fresh soup and a friendly reminder to be careful this time. The moral of the story is that patience can lead to greater rewards. By the way, the service was excellent and really made me smile. You never know who might brighten your day!

I always come to this location every single day the food is good And customer service is nice Only issue is bathroom is always closed to the publicThat's why I give it only one star

I visited in the middle of the day, and the service was incredibly slow. There seemed to be only one and a half staff members working, as it appeared that the other employee spent most of my visit hiding in the back. I actually stood in line and wrote this review while waiting. If possible, I would recommend going to a different Subway!

This is my third time at this Subway, and it will definitely be my last! They skimp on the meat and cheese for my footlong steak and cheese protein bowl. At other locations, I get four half slices of cheese and two scoops of steak. When I asked for my steak to be kept separate and not heated, they acted like they didn’t understand. None of the other locations have this issue. The Colmar, MA location is the closest to my work, which is why I kept giving them another chance, but after this experience, I’ll be going out of my way to find a better option.
