Was very rude, with professionalism, has not addressed me, and was obviously upset with other workers I guess who did not appear to work. It's not customers' fault they don't show up. I do not understand that enough workers, but to use professionalism and make negative remarks about workers clear?I know that they are not treated fairly because if they were there. And to say, all orders before a customer who went to theirs that they made their order this morning and not addressed to them? only pass and ignore, but another address. It's just rude. Did you know me? That's the second time they didn't **** on my savannah salad. Then when I appealed, they gave me the salad, I got 3 small Nugget pieces. I have ordered this salad as long as I can remember that they have it and NIE experienced something like that before. If you want to skip the chicken, the price should also change. I feel robbed for the second time. What's going on? I know there's a lack of personnel, but what does it have to do with not giving me what I'm paying for? I'm very disappointed. Very. I'm a Nashville Native and have never tried McAlister's Deli. I've been there Twice in the past 8 days. I've only been able to try 2 of their sandwiches so far, Roast Beef and Cheddar, and the Grilled Chicken with a Peach Chipotle Spread... Both FANTASTIC! I might go back for Lunch today!
