Ludlow Prime - Brentwood

My wife and I dined separately this time. Unfortunately, my dinner was served cold. We've been to this restaurant before and were very satisfied with our experiences.

The server was amazing and provided great insights about the menu, both in terms of drinks and main courses. It made for a very enjoyable evening.

The staff was slow despite our having a pre-booked party of 12. We tried three different varieties of wine and a bourbon. The food, however, was better than average.

I don't know what's going on, but they don't have to eat, and they're not in front of the nase.

Our group of 6 was warmly welcomed and our reserved table was ready for us. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was really good. Friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, our server made suggestions and while they were out of gumbo and one of the specials we wanted, a little understanding goes a long way if you want fresh cuisine, your 2nd choice will still be delicious. Would be nice if there were kid friendly options for a child’s plate our 3yr old ate most of her mother’s steak if that tells you anything about how good it was!
