Jack In The Box - Brentwood

This restaurant deserves major kudos for their creativity! I was curious as to why my order was taking longer than usual, and then I received my pumpkin croissant bites. It turns out they were out of the pumpkin bites, but the staff came up with a brilliant solution: they filled a cinnamon sugar churro with creamy pumpkin filling! That said, the overall food quality is significantly better at the Jack at Fairview and Balfour.

The customer service was incredible! I was disappointed that there weren't any options to add sauce, but to my surprise, there was sauce included in my munchie meal box. It came with ketchup, hot sauce, napkins, and my favorite, the famous ranch dip! The food was hot, the sauce was great, and I couldn't be happier! It really made my night!

Some of the items we ordered didn’t arrive. I asked for a strawberry shake but received a chocolate one instead. The sauces were also incorrect. However, the food itself was good.

The chicken nuggets are okay. Some much smaller than the others. The burger was not very good. Curly fries always are. They forgot my ranch.

I paid 4.99 for 2 eggs and they were microwaves and the envelope was hard. I wanted to call and could not get a reply
