Fuji - Brentwood

My girlfriend and I went here tonight, and I was served the WORST ramen I've ever eaten. (Packaged ramen included) I ordered the tonkotsu ramen which was absolutely terrible. The egg was old, cold, overcooked, and not marinated. In addition the broth did not taste like tonkotsu, the noodles were undercooked and stuck together, and it did not have the normal spiral pork. It had what looked and tasted like a frozen country fried steak they cut up and put in the ramen.My girlfriend had the teriyaki shrimp bento box. The shrimp was overcooked and inedible and the goyza was cold. She said there was noting in it that was enjoyable other than the miso and salad she received before.

The sushi is soooo yummy!!! I can’t stop eating. This is one of the best sushi I’ve ever eaten as an Asian. The restaurant looks cozy and relaxing. We spent a wonderful time with friends.Would love to come again!

We used to go here regularly for the sushi and the atmosphere. We typically order a bunch of rolls and sashimi, and sometimes sake to go with it.Lately, we went and had a nice dinner, ordering many rolls and sitting at the sushi bar. I didn't get a cup of hot water I ordered with my meal, but they were really busy, so I understood, and we left a good tip anyway.My husband also left his hand-knit beanie hat where we were sitting. We didn't notice til we were home and it was quite late. So I called the next day when the restaurant opened, and they told me the server did find the hat, but then threw it away. I can only assume she didn't feel we left a good enough tip to hold onto the hat for even a day.So we will take a break from this restaurant until I've had a chance to knit my husband a new beanie. The yarn is hand dyed and ships from a little shop in Poland, so it may take quite some time.Update: the yarn finally arrived from Poland, and a replacement hat is under way. We may go back again after some time has passed.

Went there this weekend. Overpriced service was terrible the women in the place was very very rude. Had to ask fork. Napkin and drink. Never going back.Food: 1/5

My husband and I went here for dinner and it was delicious! We split sushi and then I also got the miso ramen. The sushi was reasonably priced and the staff was really nice. The portions are HUGE too. Definitely found our new sushi spot!!
