Chill Spot - Brentwood

She assured us that we would receive a refund for the canceled food order, but I’ve yet to see it reflected in my bank account, despite having paid $40 for food we never received. On the bright side, the Boba was delicious and had the perfect texture. However, we had to choose different flavors than what we originally ordered, settling on coffee and vanilla/ almond. In total, we ended up spending $57 for just two Boba teas today. It’s a shame that the new management has altered recipes that everyone used to love. Just to reiterate, the Boba is still great, so if that’s your thing, you might still enjoy it!

I'm new to boba, having only tried it twice before, but I was craving it while in Brentwood, and this was the closest spot. I ordered a drink with popping boba, but the boba in my drink wasn’t popping. I initially thought it was just poorly made, so I didn’t say anything. Later, I realized the barista probably used a different type of boba in my drink by mistake. I should have pointed out the mix-up right away and asked for a replacement. Overall, I'm giving this place 3 stars because the drink itself was good, and the fries that came with my order were exceptional.

I stopped by on Thursday night to grab some food and Boba. The young lady working there was incredibly friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a great conversation with her. The food was delicious and practically melted in my mouth. I highly recommend this place!

I wish I could give two different reviews for quality and service. I've been here for years, and just in the last few months, the Boba drinks have begun to taste water down and Bland. She's always out of something and I don't want to pay so much for something I don't want. The service is the only redeeming quality recently. The girl with interesting earrings and the big blonde boy were courteous and made sure that my drink was to my taste after I mentioned that it tasted. They were both very nice and the girl and I had a good conversation about her major while the boy made my drink perfectly. I wish I could say that all the employees were as nice as these two.

Had a great stop today at the Chill Spot. The owner was engaging and provided great service. We ordered a boba tea and the buffalo chicken wrap, which were both delicious. Definitely recommend this spot if you?re looking for a cool, quick, and hand-crafted experience!
