Chick-fil-a - Brentwood

Your food is okay as fast food. The portioning is somewhat small, which is understandable given the price and the fact that it is a fast food. There are better options if you want a cheap and healthier fast food. But this place is fine.

We love chic felt and eat here often. The app ordering facilitates ordering and pick-up and therefore makes this device more frequent due to the simple online ordering. We also appreciate online order collected due to point that would pass a free sandwich now and then!

Typical Chick-fil-A. Had nuggets, pommes and offers. Chicken was very delicate and coating was crispy. Didn't like the Pommes. Either they were old or the potatoes were not properly washed before roasting.

I ordered the frosty lemonade and asked for whipped cream. They said they can't add whipped cream because they don't come with the drink. The waitress was friendly enough to check with the manager and he agreed not to whipped cream. I'm going to Starbucks next time. They are very generous with the plastered cream and even give a pup cup to my dog.

Great food but slow as Christmas!! Plan on a 45 min to an hour wait if you come here for lunch. Also, there is an elderly lady that works at this location that is absolutely RUDE! Everyone else is nice polite and what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A. But not her!
