The toasted sandwich was delicious, made with fresh bread and top-quality ingredients. The coffee was fantastic and reasonably priced. I definitely plan on returning!

I visited this restaurant with two friends recently and was disappointed to find a hair in my pancake. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, the response I received was simply, "OK." I was not offered an apology or a replacement dish, and ultimately left hungry and unsatisfied. The bill had already been paid upfront, which added to my frustration. As newcomers to the area, my friends and I had potential to become regular customers, but the lack of communication and apology for the hair in the food was a major turn-off. I would not recommend this restaurant, as even a rating of 1 out of 5 feels too generous.

I recently relocated to this area and visited this café two days ago with my friends. We ordered coffee and pancakes, but the service was very slow. Unfortunately, I found a large, visible, and disgusting hair in my pancake while eating. I politely informed the staff, but the response was dismissive and nonchalant. There were no apologies, no offer to replace the dish, just a simple "ok." This lack of professionalism and rudeness has resulted in the loss of three regular customers. This establishment should consider closing until they can improve their customer service. It was a truly disappointing experience.

Let me start by saying that my review has nothing to do with food or drinks offered by the coffee shop. I actually really liked the place, their coffee is delicious. Unfortunately, a couple of days ago something unacceptable happened. I went to the Witch cafe, ordered a coffee and sat down with intention of studying for my upcoming exams. The place was full, so when one of the other customers, a woman previously sitting by the window on one of the stools asked if she can sit by the table with me, I naturally said yes. At first everything was fine although I could tell that the woman is behaving in a slightly weird manner (she had been staring at the menu for at least half an hour). Suddenly, she started banging her legs and hands against the table and screaming random swear words. Then she stopped, apologised, and said she has mental health issues. I told her not to worry about this, but then she started repeating that behaviour more and more often also banging dishes and glasses against our table. I was a bit scared and found it impossible to focus on studying, so I made an attempt to go to another table. The woman started screaming that I am an awful, insensitive person and called me ' 'a f*cking freak ' ' a couple of times. She also started throwing loud racial slurs to no one in particular. Then she was telling other customers what an awful person I am. The worst part was that the staff didn 't react, they were just staring at me like I was the guilty one. I was verbally assaulted in their coffee shop and they didn 't react at all. I 'm very disappointed and obviously won 't be coming back.

Charming cafe with excellent service and lovely coffee. The toast looked really tasty too. Strongly recommended
