I wasn’t going to say much except that the employees here are extremely patient and polite, but then another review caught my eye, about a sandwich being made incorrectly and the employee telling them “to hop over the counter and make it themselves” That review is very misleading, I was in the store while the gentleman was talking to the customer, what happened is they sent their coworker in to grab a bite to eat for them, and didn’t provide a proper list, so when making a BLT the employee didn’t add tomatoes as they weren’t told tomatoes. He tried to explain to the customer that they do not add anything to the sandwich that they are not specifically told to put on there, which is understandable, I mean the slogan is literally “make it your way”. The employee was being extremely respectful while the customer went on to curse, make a scene, questioning his competence and basically call this poor employee stupid. At the end the employee told him “next time, I would suggest coming down to the store yourself so you can make sure your order is correct”. In no way was the employee telling him to hop over the counter and make it himself.. So all I have to say to that review, is please do not twist the story to make yourself seem like a victim, its unfair and cruel, most of these employees are great, this subway has become my go to stop after work, they’re polite, friendly and efficient.
The employees were super nice and the service was excellent and fast, quality of the food was extremely fresh. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone who is looking for a great place to eat!!
I witnessed the interaction between the man and the customer while I was in the loading area. The employee was trying to explain that they hadn't added anything to the sandwich that wasn't clearly requested, which is reasonable since their slogan is "make it your way." The coworker was respectful throughout the conversation, even as the customer became increasingly upset, questioning the employee's competence and calling him names. In the end, the employee suggested that the customer should come in and make sure their order is correct themselves next time. At no point did he tell the customer to jump over the counter. I feel it's important to clarify this misrepresentation — it's unfair to twist the story in a way that paints the worker as a villain. Most of the employees here are fantastic, and this Subway has become my go-to spot after work. They are polite, friendly, and efficient.
