Starbucks - Bremerton

My husband and I stopped by after getting off the ferry, hoping for something to warm us up. We both ordered venti peppermint mochas, and they were exactly what we needed—delicious! However, there was a small incident when my husband forgot to fully put his mask back on as we entered. The cashier seemed to notice a little later and addressed the situation with a tone that felt a bit too stern. While he wasn't out of line, I thought a more tactful approach would have been better. Aside from that, he was friendly and the service was quick.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! They truly made my tough day much better. The free WiFi was incredibly helpful after I lost my phone. I'm really grateful for their help! (I did manage to find my phone.)
