For a restaurant that markets itself as local, it's difficult to understand why their bacon prices have doubled in recent years. I recently paid $13.99 for a pound of bacon, which used to cost just $6.99 a few years ago. To top it off, their bacon comes from Utah—definitely not local at all.

I remember my grandpa used to come here for meat and other items when I was a kid, but I never actually went inside. He always spoke highly of the service and quality. Yesterday, I decided to check it out with a friend, and it was AMAZING! The product display was impressive, and the friendly lady prepared shrimp tacos for us while we waited. I can't wait to return for more!

Additionally, I've encountered steaks that were excessively fatty, leaving me feeling a bit shortchanged on the actual meat quality. On top of that, nearly all of the packaging has had holes in it. I often leave meat out to thaw, only to find a puddle of blood in my refrigerator or on the counter about 90% of the time. I've wasted three pounds of ground beef because I didn’t realize the vacuum-sealed bags had holes. It’s incredibly frustrating—the packaging quality is subpar, and I wouldn't trust it for long-term storage in a deep freezer.

You can't go wrong with Minders Meats; their products are top-notch and their service is flawless. They have consistently been a pillar of support for the local community for multiple generations.
