Someone on the counter told me they didn't have pizza boxes until just this moment so my order had not been started yet, and it would be another 25-30 minutes. I ran another quick discharge in the mall and came back 25 minutes later to another person at the counter, he asked me what my order was and when I read it from my phone he said she ran out of the dough so that my order would not be made. He blamed the app that he informed me, but I was forced to make a phone number so they called. I pointed to the original person who told me it was a box problem, and if he said that they had no dough, I would have canceled and saved some time. He immediately turned and started barking at the first employee as he found out since he first talked to me. It was kind of aggressive for a pizza restaurant, like, it's not so serious, just cancel the order. I asked if it had been charged or refunded and he was schroff and said I don't know how this works you'll have to call customer service, normally we just call and see if you want a replacement instead. I pointed out that they have never called and he has said to the other employee to handle it. Finally, I only asked if it was possible to simply announce, as it was still pending at my end and he agreed. It's about an hour now and it's still pending so that I reached customer service anyway to make sure I wasn't charged for an order I never got. 10/4/2022 edit: The next day I contacted the LC customer service and waited 45 minutes for someone to take my information and forward it to the corresponding person who is essentially customer service Jargon to lose it and hope you do not notice. I checked my bank account and saw that the charges were actually posted, so I drove back to the store to ask for a refund. The same guy from the day before was on the counter. I reminded him of the situation and asked if it was ringing a bell and he seemed kind of harsh and impatient, then he said: What? It wasn't canceled? I said no and I want a refund now. He thought I was rude. For the money that was stolen from me. Full disclosure: I was unambiguous and simple in what my expectation was that the refund would happen immediately, but I did not raise my voice, snore or otherwise talk. If I stole his phone from the counter, would he be rude to call it back?
So no one wears gloves at all they dont wear beard nets or hair nets they are always out side smoking they thought it was funny to put pepperoni under the cheese on a few slices on a cheese only pizza my daughter does not eat any meat but chicken.
20 minutes wait for pizza and crazy bread that's outrageous. They charge a fee for using debit. And the foul language coming out of the manager is not professional at all. Just not happy with this place today.
I've gone to this location dozens of times, but I can't do it anymore. I have seen way too many health code violations for me to feel comfortable ever entering this location again. No masks, no gloves, no handwashing before handling food, no hair nets, I am convinced no one who works at this store holds a food handlers permit. I went to get breadsticks last night (I refuse to get pizza from there anymore, but my wife insisted we get breadsticks). There were two employees working at the time. Neither one had masks covering their faces, neither one had gloves, and the one with long hair did not have a hair net. The employee with long hair was constantly running his hands through his hair while he was preparing food. Both of them were regularly touching themselves (face, hair, pants, shirt) while handling food. After waiting about 15 minutes for my breadsticks, three more employees entered the store. I don't know if they were on break or if they were showing up for their shifts, or if they were even actually employees, since only one of them had anything on that identified them as such. They entered the store, went behind the counter, shook hands with the other employees and hugged eachother. After messing around at the cash register, they immediately began preparing food. At no time during this experience did I see a single person wash their hands before handling food, including the employees who came in later. This store is in serious need of competent management. The quality of the food is extremely suspect, and there is little to nothing being done to mitigate the risk of contamination. Stay away from this place if you value your health.
Yikes! I haven't ordered from this location since Silverdale's location opened. After this experience I will not return even if it's convenient to another store I frequent. What happened: I ordered via the app on my way to pick up some groceries. Asked for the pizzas to be ready in an hour and I showed up to a locked front door a sign that said the oven was being maintenanced. I could see 2 employees in the back so I called the store and was told they were closing early because the closing crew didn't show up. 15 seconds and I've had 2 stories. I explained I had made an order in the app and was supposed to be picking it up. The response was to call back tomorrow or come back tomorrow to get my pizzas or refund. Not much more I could do so I left. I did email Little Ceasars about how dissatisfied I was with this solution. I mean who wants to wait 17 hours for their dinner? When I called in the morning for a refund I was told to drive back to the store with proof of purchase. I played along and showed up 90 minutes later. I found the same person from the night before. He canceled my order and told me the refund should be within 2-3 days. Still waiting on my refund, I did get an email confirmation of my order cancelation so whenever the banks process the cancelation this should be resolved. Free advice to the store for retaining customers: Sounded like they had a rough night, but even so they had my order an hour before I showed up with no plans to cook it. They could have canceled at that time and called me to let me know. Not sure why the store could not stop the orders from coming in on the app. But an option for the service to be temporarily stopped should be a suggestion made to the programmers for a future update.
