Chaos Bay Brewing Co. - Bremerton

We ordered the Angry Russian pizza, and it was fantastic. We also tried a flight of beers, which was decent. While the beer was good, nothing really stood out as exceptional. The flight glasses were smaller than what I’ve experienced at other places. The best beers in the flight were the IPA and the seasonal Oktoberfest. There was a beer called Rocktober, but I couldn’t determine what type it was supposed to be, and even the very nice waitress wasn’t sure. The overall atmosphere was intriguing; it felt like a bar experience within a restaurant setting. On a night that is typically very busy for restaurants, we were surprised to see only a few tables occupied. The staff was friendly, but the ambiance felt a bit awkward. We did appreciate the clever marketing and unique designs of the beer bottles.

We visit this place frequently and absolutely love the atmosphere, plus the food is quite tasty! My boyfriend usually orders the sausage and pepperoni pizza, while I enjoy the Southwest salad. Their homemade sauces are fantastic, and I’ve always had crispy fries. The only thing I wish for is that they would add some new items or mix things up on the menu a bit.

The food was delicious, and all of their drinks were excellent as well. I really enjoyed their drag queen bingo night; it was such a blast! They host events nearly every evening, and I can't wait to return!

The restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night, and they were out of several menu items. What I ordered was expensive and just average, and it took an eternity to arrive. I also noticed a nice empty stage, which reminded me of when I used to book bands for venues like this to help increase their business. I spoke with the manager to see if they might be interested in live music, and they actually told me, "We have more business than we can handle as it is." Yikes, because it felt like a ghost town during my visit!
