We ordered early enough and it is now after closing time, bought with Paypal and nothing arrived! Pretty naughty.

The service is terrible, the customer's opinion is not taken into account. They try to sell what cannot be sold, the products are not fresh, Nori is not chewed, the sushi is small and decayed

We tried sushi for the first time. because it was first, I can't judge well and compare it with others. but it was okay.

One night ago in the ÖVB Arena we were looking for a restaurant nearby and were pushed onto Sushi Kaiser. In the restaurant we took place in the 1st OG. Atmosphere well, but as far as okay. The operation came relatively fixed and wanted to pick up our order and made a completely overwhelmed impression. Neither with the number of the court nor with the name could she really start something, but after we had abandoned everything three times it seemed to be understood. It took a felt eternity until at least the drinks came. Of course, we didn't expect speed as in a fast restaurant, but at two other occupied tables it shouldn't take 15 minutes until a simple bottle of water is on the table. For food we were then repeatedly comforted every time it should come in at least 5 minutes. At the end a part of the food came after we asked several times after 50 minutes waiting time. Unbelievable. And the restaurant was practically empty. To do this, the sushi was on average, rather dry and tastefully unfortunately not really superb. We then also had to stop because we had not expected to take 1.5 hours of time for such a restaurant, so the other half of the food we couldn't even take to us was still not coming. At the bottom of the payment we received the information that the service was new and unfortunately some went wrong. Somehow everything hadn't gone up properly. But instead of at least offering that the too late sushi will not be billed, everything was fully cashed with the word of regret to the operation. All in all, however, it is the very average and rather dry quality of sushi that this restaurant will never let us visit again.

I like to order the Emperor and the Sushi is always very tasty. In the shop itself it tastes, of course, but the ambience is not so special and the service was more moderate. Then prefer to go home on the sofa;
