Nice food, cosy seating indide and outside, charming atmosphere, slightly too busy of service, but understandable because it's not a small place.
Nice view but they don’t really care about clients. If you're not satisfied, you can go ,because the next client it s there. This is how it works for them. I waited minutes for someone to ask us if we wanted to order and...finally when I managed to call someone,he left and did not return. They didn't even cleaned after the other customer. We had the table full of plates and glasses. After other PRAYERS,someone came, but another colleague called him and was gone. After more than minutes,we left… Soooo….BAD EXPERIENCE
Food is very bad.. We ordered pizza as we were afraid to order something else.. The tuna and mashroom pizza came with very poor content.. We could get a much better pizza from any kiosk out in the street rather than this funky bad restaurant....Even the wooden taplet which they served the pizza on, was very old with black dirt inside the hall of it (see the photos) They use tortilla bread as a pizza dough!!! We watch them how they clean the tables during this sensitive time with Corona and it was very poor cleaness and out of any means of hygiene... Never again with this bad experience
The coffee is good, the vibe is cosy but let's point out the minuses. Well, we ordered two PiCelona, one time Serrano and one time Vegan. First of all, irrefutably both were cold. on that, the cheese on the Serrano looked like it came...from a frozen one or an already made dish and they just tried to heated up a little. And that was everything they did. I was so hungry, I couldn't say anything and tried to eat it. I took two slices and stoped. I wasn't there to say anything but the waiter asked how it was and if there are any problems with our dishes. He looked curious and interested so I gave him my opinion, everything he could say was Why didn't you say something at the beginning Have you ever came into a restaurant hungry and willing to eat anything? Well... don't go for PiCelona LOL
