Yesterday for the third time in Sunday brunch and unfortunately I can no longer forgive 5 stars. After the first 2 visits, I thought that the Brasserie is one of the best locations for a Sunday brunch in Bremen, but this has changed unfortunately. If I had to guess, I would say that the budget for shopping around approx. 30% cut. Where, for example, a large selection of delicious Grasshoff screeds was found before, there are now a handful of glasses of Schwartau jams and a bowl with Nutella single portions. Overall, the whole buffet felt much less high-quality than we were used by the first two visits and then to pay the same price leaves a thread of contaste. A restaurant that cannot be found! We walked along the Hollerallee and looked for the Brasserie restaurant. A name, or a hint of this restaurant, wherever that may be, and ultimately this restaurant, we have not found. At the registered location we found only the Maritim Hotel. If this restaurant is part of it, then the operator should think about the restaurant name, e.g. Brasserie Maritim o.s.ä., or the externally visible label, so you can also find it. We did not find it and had to move hungry from then! A restaurant that cannot be found! Hungry, we walked along Hollerallee and looked for the Restaurant Brasserie . We have not found a name or a reference to this restaurant, wherever that may be, and close this restaurant. At the entered location we only found the Maritim Hotel. If this restaurant is part of it, then the operator should think about the restaurant name e.g. Brasserie Maritim or similar, or label it more visibly on the outside so that you can find it. We couldn't find it and had to leave hungry!
