There was Sauce Hollandaise with a beard liquor, freshly beaten up as you heard from the open kitchen. In general, it is cooked with many BIO or Demeter products. On the way we ordered tea and wine, a plate with tea selection was presented to my wife, I took the Palatinate Riesling, which fits the asparagus. After a basket of bread, on request also with vegan butter, the two beautifully dressed plates came with the asparagus dishes. Perhaps the pictures convey something, but the food was excellent. You can pay with EC card or cash, credit cards are not accepted. It's certainly up, but here everything looks freshly prepared, and not from the Gastro Convenience fridge. Overall judgment, we come back when it is sunny, we also like to sit outside in the beer garden. The vegetarian concept is simply class, and from the kitchen it did not smell like fat!
Nach unserem Ausflug nach Worpswede wollten wir hier abends essen. Homepage sagt geöffnet bis 2200, also kurz nach 20:00 dagewesen. Leer, Bedienung sagt geschlossen. Auf unseren Hinweis mit den 22:00 erfahren wir, dass das Restaurant keinen Koche habe. Und im unfreundlichen Ton wurde noch ergänzt, wir hätten nicht auf deren Homepage schauen sollen, sondern bei Facebook, weil sie ihre eigene Homepage nicht ändern könnten und keinen Techniker bezahlen wollten. Wir haben deswegen mindestens eine halbe Stunde Umweg gemacht.Schade, vegetarisches Restaurant wäre interessant gewesen, aber die Art des Personals macht keine Lust, es nochmal zu probieren, falls ein Koch gefunden werden sollte.
Gisteren gegeten bij restaurant Alma, wat een goede keuken.Ligt direct aan het fietspad op een mooie locatie met terras! Hier begrijpen ze dat vegetarisch iets anders is dan gewoon het vlees vervangen. Alles vers, biologisch en zeer smaakvol bereidt. Gevulde champignons gegeten en met dadels gevulde courgette met heerlijke saus. Als dessert zelfgemaakt sorbetijs met vers fruit. Echt een aanrader. Bediening zeer vriendelijk en attent ! Vandaag wilde we er weer heen maar helaas gesloten op maandag.
