Jersey Mike's Subs - Bremen

Always a fantastic experience! I order a gluten-free sub every time I visit. One day, I went in to pick up my mobile order, and it wasn’t quite ready yet. I saw one employee, possibly a manager or trainer, guiding another on how to prevent cross-contamination for gluten. I really appreciate their attention to detail! The atmosphere was wonderful, as always! Dietary restrictions: Gluten.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. After receiving a sandwich for my child that was incorrect, I went to return it and explain that it had an ingredient I hadn't requested. I offered to pay for a replacement, as my daughter wouldn't eat it that way. However, the lead manager responded with a completely inappropriate attitude and insisted on arguing with me, claiming it was my fault and that I had communicated something incorrectly. He looked at me as if I was a nuisance. It would have taken just a simple apology and assurance that they would get me a new sandwich; I would have happily paid for it. I can’t understand how someone in a customer service position can treat patrons this way. I will never spend another dime at Jersey Mike's again!

This is my fifth visit, and I've had a great experience every time. The staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is clean and well-kept. They consistently make our sandwiches exactly the way we like them!

We frequently dine here for lunch on weekdays, and the food is usually fantastic. However, we avoid coming on weekends. Unfortunately, today's experience was disappointing. We waited about 35 minutes for our meals, and the place was crowded with minimal staff available. Some patrons waited even longer than we did. The employees behind the counter were arguing about who would assist customers, and I noticed them sitting in their cars listening to music while customers were waiting. When my food finally arrived, it was below average. The meat was overcooked and tough, and I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. I hope they can improve.

I really appreciate being able to watch the preparation of my subs. They are absolutely delicious!
