The food at this restaurant is incredible! Each dish is authentic, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced—not too spicy at all. They have a fantastic variety of meats, each prepared with distinctive sauce blends. The first time I had the Carnitas nachos (shredded marinated pork), I was blown away by how delicious they were! On my second visit, I shared a sandwich that was more than enough for two; it was packed with Birria (beef roast cooked with special spices, also not spicy)—it was even more fantastic! I'm eager to try more of her delightful home-cooked meals! If you get the chance to sample the Tres Leches cake, make sure you do. It's a light cake made with three types of milk—so refreshing and wonderful! Don't hesitate to experiment with new dishes; you definitely won't be disappointed!
