Mcdonald's Restaurants - Breckland

I visited McDonald's in Swaffham today and ordered the New Hat Trick burger. Unfortunately, the meat was severely overcooked and did not resemble the picture at all. There were only two small pieces of onion and a tiny blob of ketchup, both of which were barely visible. Additionally, the burger was cold, dry, and unappetizing. I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

My husband and I drove from Watton to Swafham McDonalds to pick up our order that we had placed through the DU83 app. When we arrived, my husband informed the staff at the window that we had an order number from the app. After paying, we waited in the car for a long time. Suddenly, police officers approached our car and claimed they smelled alcohol on my husband, despite the fact that neither of us had been drinking. They even administered a breathalyzer test, which he passed. It was a shocking experience, especially considering the lack of interaction with the McDonald's staff. It was disturbing to be subjected to such scrutiny, especially based on our race. I will no longer be patronizing McDonald's and will be sharing my experience on social media. Racial discrimination has no place in any establishment.

When we opened the boxes, it was clear that the burgers had been hastily assembled without much attention to detail. There was very little salad or sauce in the buns, and most of the lettuce ended up in the box rather than on the burger. The cheese was haphazardly placed, with half of it hanging out of the bun and only covering half of the burger. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, mirroring the temperature of the burger. The coffee was bitter and not served hot. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

Food is always (always! wrong, we go through the drive through at least once a month and sadly always have to check the order. Recently (last 2 times food is cold (chips especially . Wouldn’t recommend, Dominoes is now the “once a month thing”, hot food and order never wrong. Won’t be going to Swaffham McDonalds again.

Can’t believe people complain about this McDonald’s if you compare this to Kings Lynn this is five star great service and fresh food
