Taipei Tokyo - BRECKENRIDGE

Awful!! This was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. First we ordered red wine and after 20 minutes, the waitress arrived with an adult (evidently she was too young to serve the wine) with 2 glasses of white wine. After another 20 minutes, our food arrived. My sushi was average. the rice was a bit dry as if it had been cooked the day before. My sushi arrived about 10 minutes ahead of my wife’s dinner which was a beef with brocolli dish that looked like a high school lunch. The horror came when my wife noticed a dead fly on top of the rice! We called the waitress over and showed it to her. She then reached into my wife’s rice and pulled out the fly as if that solved the problem!!! I imeadiately went to the manager, and she said we had no proof there was a fly in the rice. Can you %ing imagine my disbelief??? On top of that, she insisted we pay the bill. My choice was to either pay my way out of the place or wait for the police to settle the matter. Since we are from out of town, I decided to cut my losses and pay. I hope anyone thinking of visiting this hole reads this first.
