Semplice Cafe - BRECKENRIDGE

This restaurant is my favorite spot in Breckenridge for breakfast, brunch, and lunch thanks to their delicious, fresh, and healthy menu options. Seating is limited to outdoors only, so be prepared to take your food to-go. Prices are a bit high considering you order at the outdoor window, but I still find myself returning. Ordering online may be a better option on days with messy weather to avoid a less enjoyable outdoor dining experience.

The tea was delicious, and there was outdoor seating available.

This restaurant is the perfect spot for summertime. The outdoor seating area is beautifully shaded and the staff is always friendly and attentive. They consistently make delicious drinks, so I never hesitate to order an espresso in any form.

We stopped for breakfast on the last day of our long weekend. We had the local burrito, which was truly special and yummy. A unique combo of flavors and honestly the best burrito I've had in quite a while. We would come again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

The burritos were fine, but nothing that I would make a special trip for especially when there is a 15-20 minute wait. They mislabeled our burritos which we discovered after several bites which was disappointing. Service seemed rushed and responses from staff were short/abrupt. Seating along the side is very cramped and line out front makes people walking by a bit of a chaotic mess.
