Ember - BRECKENRIDGE

I had one of the best meals of my life at this restaurant. The chef is extremely talented and I regret not asking to meet them! The staff were all very courteous and professional, while also being friendly and personable. Our server, Chase, was exceptional at keeping the meal running smoothly and providing great conversation and recommendations. I couldn't have picked a better restaurant to dine at. We will definitely be returning to Ember whenever we are in town.

It's very rare to find a kitchen like this in a small town. You can tell the chef loves what he does and most importantly, he knows what he's doing. The quail and scallops were outstanding, and the dad jokes and dessert from the chef/owner were a nice touch.

This chef is incredible. Trying all the unique flavor combinations was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the staff and ambience were fantastic. The service was super friendly and fun. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food and creative dining experience that feels intimate

Amazing experience. Our server was fantastic and timed everything perfectly. The food was stellar with beautiful plating. I had the duck, elk and bp squared, and my fiancé had the lamb cheek baos, elk and choco late. All of it was great but our favorites were the duck, elk and choco late. All of the meat was cooked to perfection with unique accoutrements. Drinks were good and the vibe fit perfectly with our romantic date night. 10/10 definitely coming back! Our new favorite place in Breck, and maybe in Colorado overall!
