He said that he was not allowed to. (Is it because of the store policy, or did he not feel like doing it? My tumbler was completely clean. Starbucks, next to a few blocks, allow their customers to use their tumbler and even offer a discount for saving their paper cup.I need clarification on why they are not allowed to fill up the tumbler when the customer exactly pays for the large cup price. Plus, I am saving their paper cup for them. I poured everything into my cup when the order was ready. What a waste. The manager or staff should be more flexible with customer service and policy.
I recently visited this coffee and juice bar and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the fresh and delicious juice, I was disappointed with the white mocha.I ordered the white mocha with high hopes, but unfortunately, it tasted like straight-up coffee with no flavor. I was expecting a sweet and creamy drink, but it just didn't deliver. I was left feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. However, I must say that the juice selection was impressive and tasty. The ingredients were fresh and the combinations were creative. I appreciated the effort put into the juice selection and enjoyed my drink thoroughly.Overall, while I was let down by the white mocha, the juice made up for it. I would consider coming back for the juice alone, but I hope that the coffee drinks improve in the future. Three stars for a mixed experience
Amazing smoothies, great produce etc. However, employees claim they are understaffed and are forced to close the smoothie store at random hours of the day to work in the bakery. I have often arrived before 2pm only to find the smoothie place closed. Supposedly, the smoothie bar is supposed to be closed at 6pm but clearly it is but a suggestion.
I'm a regular customer at the Whole Foods in Scottsdale. I stopped by this location with my family while on vacation. When we got back to our hotel we discovered that an item we purchased was moldy and expired in November 2021. Really gross.
This is probably the worst Whole Foods in the Orange County region. I was so happy when they first opened but the employees that work here are in a serious need of training in customer service! Each time I shop here, there is no hello, thank you, or goodbye from any of their employees. It didn't bother me enough to post a review until today when the cashier ignored me and refused to acknowledge me as I thanked him, yet he was asking how the lady behind me in line was doing. This time, this cashier's rudeness appeared more like racism. I will definitely never set my foot in this store again as the other locations are full of pleasant employees, all of whom I appreciate and respect especially during this pandemic! But the management at this Brea location should really take a careful look at their employees especially their treatment of the minorities!!!
