Starbucks - Brea

I felt like the staff was not friendly at all.i wanted to try something new, so i tried Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato. milk tasted like it was rotten, left a nasty after taste in my mouth that i had to brush my tongue. i changed it up for a pumpkin spice latte. I couldn 't even enjoy that because i still had that after taste from the first drink. staff didn 't even seem to care. no smiles, nothing . i brought back the drink to show them i barely sipped it. we can 't take it back, you could keep it why would i want to keep it, it was disgusting. no apology or anything. just seems like they dont care.they mentioned there milk is good till 2024?

Wait for 10 mins the cashier seem to have run into a old friend. The rest of the workers just talking amongst themselves. No ones asked if they could take my order.

Just walked into the unfriendly, uncomfortable future. No thanks. Plenty of other choices these days.Walked straight in and straight out! I feel sorry for these boxed in employees.. go live your dreams!!!I find it interesting Starbucks is at the happiest place on earth, yet this store is what Starbucks is promoting?! What a joke! Everyone and everything is replaceable, I have no doubt an up and coming coffee shop will replace what now seems to be the least welcoming coffee shop in the USA.

No acknowledgment, no greeting, no good morning. Besides employees scramble with lot of orders no one taking clients’ orders. I just took off.

The staff here is so genuinely nice, very considerate and happy and engaged with their customers. It’s not a drive through but the orders come out quick enough where you won’t miss that part.
