Choice Burgers - Brea

Great place for a good burger! Allowed for a quick lunch and was really impressed. Clean dining area and a cool terrace. Burger was delicious and the Pommes were great. I'm looking forward to going back.

However, I have to say that I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The outdoor seating was immaculate, the interior was tidy, and the walls were freshly painted. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The woman with burgundy hair was quite rude. When I asked if the taco came with any sauce, she didn't respond. She went back to the kitchen, grabbed a cup of hot sauce, plopped it on the counter without a word, and simply looked away. Her communication skills were lacking. I mentioned that it was my first time there and that I wanted to take pictures for Yelp and Google reviews, but neither of the employees said a word in response. It was amusing to see how chatty she was with another customer earlier, so the contrast was striking. Maybe I should have ordered a burger since this is primarily a burger joint. I enjoy finding burger places that offer something different, turning the spotlight on those "hidden" and underrated dishes. For example, Georges Hamburger on Commonwealth has the best BLT I’ve ever had, especially when you add an over-easy egg.
