Ty Somaru Tacos Burritos - Bratislava

We decided to try this restaurant after seeing it all over my Instagram feed. We were disappointed. While some may find the atmosphere quirky or cool, we were overwhelmed by the strong smell of marijuana. It took 25 minutes for our orders to be taken because the staff seemed preoccupied. The restaurant had limited vegan and vegetarian options, and my veggie burrito cost the same as my friend's non-veg option even though it was much smaller. I could make a better burrito at home. The staff made unpleasant and rude comments about veganism.

This charming bistro has a lovely atmosphere and a quirky concept that extends to the hardworking staff. I tried their vegan burrito, which was essentially their classic burrito without meat and cheese. While it was a bit too salty for my taste, I understand that can happen sometimes. However, I found the portion size to be quite small, especially considering the price of 6 euros. Just down the street, I could get a much larger and more diverse vegan burrito for 5 euros at a nearby vegan kiosk. I would suggest that the bistro consider adding extra ingredients or increasing the size of their vegan burrito to stay competitive with other options in the area. While I appreciate the effort, I don't think I will be dining there again, as there are other eateries nearby that offer larger and tastier vegan options.

The restaurant had limited vegan and vegetarian options, and my veg burrito was the same price as my boyfriend's non-veg burrito, despite being half the size. I'm confident that I could make a better burrito at home. Additionally, the staff made awkward and rude comments about veganism.

Unfortunately, it was too salty and smaller than expected. I paid 6 EUR for it, while I could have gotten a larger, more filling burrito at Vegan Kiosk just a few meters away for 5 EUR. I suggest the bistro adds more to their vegan burrito or makes it bigger to compete with other places in the area that serve bigger and better vegan options. However, I understand that catering to vegans may not be a priority for them. Although I think this bistro is great overall, I probably won't dine here again.
