I was having a hard time find both gluten free AND vegan so it was nice to find this place! They had a nice selection in the buffet and plenty of vegan options that were gluten free too. My plate was around US$11

Serve carne branca e boa variedade de salada, cereais, leguminosas e massas. Embora nem sempre seja o que tem mais opções de proteína vegetal comparado com outros restaurantes de Brasília, é uma boa pedida quando você sai num grupo com colegas do trabalho, por exemplo. Todo mundo vai encontrar alguma coisa que agrade. Outra característica interessante do Greens é que fica aberto para várias refeições ao longo do dia. Café da manhã, buffet no almoço e sopa à noite. So a few months ago they added a vegan menu that I don't think has any gluten. I love her vegan breakfast, which comes with sprinkled tofu, cashew yoghurt, muffins and juice. they also have the buffet line that I would recommend, but I really think that everyone should try the à la carte menu because it seems to me that they put great efforts into it.
