Manitas - Brasilia

I really enjoyed the Panna Cotta, although there was some uncertainty about whether it contained gelatin or agar. The kitchen insisted it was vegan, but the server mentioned it might contain gelatin. Considering the price of the meal, I think the restaurant has room for improvement, especially since they had just opened. I gave them some feedback on how they could better cater to vegans, and hopefully they will take it into consideration for the future.

The atmosphere was great with a variety of drink options and a few vegan dishes available. The server was helpful in assisting me with my choices, although they were unsure about which dishes were truly vegan due to some mislabeling on the menu. They had to double-check with the kitchen a few times. I particularly enjoyed the panna cotta, but there was some confusion regarding its ingredients. Overall, I felt that the prices were a bit high for the experience, but I understand that they were still new and may improve in the future.
