Tim Hortons - Brantford

I’m regular customer at this location. Employees in morning shift are the best. But every evening the worst device I get, this has been several times now that they just take order and while collecting the order they just say they don’t have that item in stock. This is not acceptable. Why you take order if that’s not in stock and why to wait time being queued up for nothing.Everyone for wrap they have different excuses as I over heard once they say it’s time consuming so they just get rid of making it.

Worst Tim Hortons ever!I live close by and our family doctor is in the same plaza, so we have been visiting this since last year. And they have failed to supply us with the correct order. Their service is ridiculous. No management at all. I see people running all over the place, which itself is not clean. Toilets are filthy.Day 1: Espresso machine broken, informed me after I paid.Day 2: Extra grilled panini ordered, got cold pieces of cheese and white bread.Day 3: Ordered decaf for my pregnant wife, and espresso in my regular. They put the espresso in the decaf.Day 4: AFTER I PAID for the whole order, they informed me that they have replaced Dark Roast with regular. Everything bagel to all grain.How are they still in the business, idk.WORST PEOPLE EVER!

I work nights so I stop there it’s late, 10:15 to be exact I order the same thing every night dark roast medium with espresso shot and 1 1/2 cream !!!!! And I always repeat myself can you make sure there’s 1 1/2 cream , they yup ok AND THEY STILL NEVER MAKE IT RIGHT , I could understand if there was a huge line up but I’m the only customer there , this shouldn’t be that hard …… this happens 5 nights a week !!!!! Next time I’ll just say surprise meLet me say that happened tonight as well my cost me 3$ I enjoy my coffee especially when I work nights 5 days a week ! Terrible service

Tip: Ask for the honey mustard sauce, it's delicious and goes really well with the soup and donuts. The breakfast sandwich, on the other hand, was so bad that I had to throw it out.

The young Indian girl working at the restaurant in the morning is terrible. Every time I go there, she shortchanges me by $2. Even after getting caught at least 100 times, she still tries to pull the same stunt and thinks it's funny. Beware of her when checking your change!
