Waited over 30 minutes for my food, saw them hand it to drive thru. Asked them about it, they said it was a glitch in the system, waited another couple minutes to get my food, the person making it proceeded to combine sausage and bacon onto one wrap, then realize his mistake, dig through the double protein wrap to grab the sausage out, then proceeds to hand me the wrong food. Train your employees better.
This was at Dundas West Street. There was a massive line up in the drive thru and 2 ppl in line Inside. When it was my turn, I ordered 1 med coffee with a cream and sweetener.There was one guy, really big guy serving and hat off to him he was trying really hard.From the time I ordered the coffee till the time I actually got it was 16 minutes.For those standing at the counter. There were at least 20 ppl working the drive thru, all tripping over each other and this big guy, the only one helping us in line, then one of the staff started whining because she couldn't put a simple skip order together so the guy help me. Still hadn't got my coffee started help her, he must have apologized 20 times, I really felt sorry for the guy.
They ask people not to smoke as we come to the drive thru window (for good reason). Yet the staff on break smoke 10ft away from the drive thru order microphone where we have to inhale their stink while we order our lunch or breakfast.
The service is always quick. There is a nice size parking lot and available drive through makes it nice and convenient.Parking: Convenience
