Tim Hortons - Brantford

Great location for a cruise night every Saturday! There’s plenty of free parking and free Wi-Fi available as well.

This was by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. We were out of town and stopped by with our kids after a hockey game at around 9 PM, even though they close at 10 PM. There was absolutely no customer service. They had already cleared out all the food for the day, leaving nothing available for purchase. We stood at the counter for five minutes while the staff cleaned and noticed us but refused to make eye contact or engage in any conversation. I eventually asked if they had anything to eat, to which they replied no, so we decided to leave. It was really strange. If you're open until 10 PM, you should be serving food until that time, not clearing everything out and ignoring customers. I would never return to this location.

Unfortunately, they couldn't prepare a hazelnut cold brew properly. What I ended up with was essentially just cold, foamy milk. The drink is meant to be brown, but what I got was completely white. Did it really take 10 minutes to make it incorrectly? It's amusing that fast food workers believe they deserve $15 an hour. What a farce!

Quick in and quick out, just as expected from a Tim Hortons. The food was good, and the staff was friendly. There’s plenty of parking available.

The drive-thru line at Tim's takes too long. I prefer not to use the drive-thru because some people are ordering five-course dinners. I won't wait in line just to grab a coffee.
