McDonald's - Brantford

I took my children here to dinner a few weeks ago and eating was just okay. Eat was hardly warm and the fries were dead....both serviette dispensers were empty and a few of the hired we are more interested in having with their friends from the. eating area than cleaning and refilling the serviette dispensers.

Visit Date: Sept and Time: pm My name is Dharmesh Vaghela and I had worst experience ever in Macdonald. Racist Staff !! Don't know how to provide customer service. Keep serving the customers who came after me. Just because of brown people are working and I went during a slow time. They do not have any customer before me. Girls were kept talking instead serving coffee. They were behaving like that they are doing a favor to me. Such a ridiculous and cheap staff. I do have a video and I will shortly post on youtube so that everyone can see their customer service. We ar both senior citizens we enjoy going to MacDonalds . We go there every day we go to different places. So that we never get tired of going there. We usually get the coffee muffin deal. But right now we can get the...summer time drinks either an ice coffee or a large pop. We get to see a lot of the same people there. We might even get to see people there I haven;t seen in years . Good place to go to to get out of this hot summer. THANKS MACDONALDS

Better than it used to be when our kids were little almost a generation ago. The Angus burger and like menu items are genuinely tasty. I understand the salad dressings are way too fatty and unhealthy but can't vouch for that.

Was at Wayne Gretzky Parkway restaurant (drive through) and asked for cheeseburger with no ketchup. As I was driving, discovered that they scrapped the ketchup off the burger instead of making a new burger. Because I was already on the road, did not go back...to complain. Very disappointed in their behaviour.
